Do you deliver islandwide?

With effect March 1st, 2024, we regret to inform you that we will temporarily pause our delivery services due to logistical challenges. However, delivery services are still available for bulk orders and catering services, please write to us at ciao@sourbombebakery.com for more information.

How do I collect my Sourbombe?

Self-collection available at all our stores.

What should I do if I’m late for self-collection?

Should you be late to collect your Bakes, please notify us at least 1 hour before your allocated time and we will try our best to fix a new time for collection. You can reach us on our Instagram at @sourbombebakery

Can I select individual flavours for my pre-order?

Our Pre-orders are for pre-fixed boxes of 9 Signature, 6 Original, & 3 Seasonal only. Should you like to select individual flavours, we would recommend coming down to our store!

What happens if I want to change my order after checking out?

You could drop us an email at ciao@sourbombebakery.com to check. However, all orders are non-refundable, and date of delivery/collection are also non-amendable.

Order Cancellation

Once orders are confirmed, they cannot be cancelled.

What is your refund policy?

We take pride in our Sourbombes and spare no effort to ensure that they are delivered to you in tip-top condition. However in the rare cases where there are mishaps, please notify us immediately by approaching our outlet staff or writing to us at ciao@sourbombebakery.com (within 24 hours of pick-up) of your concern.

All refunds will be provided as in-store credit of the same value for future purchase(s).

 

Can I make a large quantity order/group buy/corporate order?

What are your store opening hours?

WISMA: Daily 10.30am-9pm

JEWEL: Daily 10am-10pm

OHV: Daily 10.30am-9pm

Are your Sourbombe Halal?

We are currently in the process of getting our central kitchen halal-certified. So our products do not contain alcohol, pork or lard.

Are your Sourbombe Vegetarian/Vegan?

We do not offer vegan bakes at the moment as all Sourbombes contain eggs. The only vegetarian-friendly Sourbombe is the Cinnabombe as the others contain gelatin. However, our latte menu is dairy-free as we use oat milk so they are perfect for vegetarians and vegans!

How long can my Sourbombe be kept?

We highly recommend immediate consumption of your Sourbombe to enjoy them in their freshest glory. Otherwise, please keep them chilled if you’re not consuming them within the next 3 hours. All Sourbombe can be kept between 3 (Tea Custards) to 4 days in the chiller.

How should I reheat my Sourdough bakes if I keep it in the fridge?

Please refer to our Care Guide for reheating instructions.

Can I freeze the Sourbombe?

Only our OG Cinnabombe can be frozen. We do not recommend freezing filled-Sourbombe as the cream will harden. For plain frozen bombe, they can be kept frozen for up to 1 month. To reheat, defrost at room temperature for 2 hours and toast in the oven/toaster/ air fryer for 5 minutes.
